Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge Six
(Choose any 3 elements in a row.)My Choices:
Glossy Accents / Clean and Simple / Twine
I have a confession to make. Yes, I love making cards, but if I had to select one thing…..gardening or cardmaking…..well, I think it would be gardening. (I will always do my best to do both though! Because I truly love making people smile with something as simple and thoughtful as a card.) There is nothing more calming and fulfilling to me then living out in our yard in the Spring/Summer/Fall tending to the yard and gardens. We have had mainly flower gardens, but one day we hope to incorporate a nice vegetable garden. We have been involved in CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) and have learned so much about vegetables. So, this cute little Rooting for You stamp set from Lawn Fawn had to join my stamp collection. Not only does it fit with my love for root vegetables, but it is a good set to use for kindness cards too.
- Glossy Accents – Glossy accents was used on the body of the beet.
- Clean and Simple – Cute card, right? It is the stamp set by Lawn Fawn that makes it so cute. Even with the layering, I think this is pretty plain and simple. There is a bunch of white space and it is not technique heavy. There is quite a bit of dimension and layers to add interest. Even though this card is simple it still took quite a bit of time to create. I actually have some more beets ready to make this a set of 6.
- Twine – A fun piece of twine was added to the top of my card. I just wrapped it around a couple of times and tied it into a bow. My bow tying is not the greatest, but I think it turned out ok.
I can’t wait to see what you create. Head over to Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge Six for entry details and to see the amazing creations from the rest of the design team members. When sharing your creations we would love for you to use #ssdtictactoechallenge. Thank You!!
